Mother's Gift is a small side quest in Act 7, available after completing Tomb of the Dire Sun. The quest is activated by obtaining the Mother's Pendant quest item from Uroboruuk's belongings chest, which appears after Uroboruuk's death after completing Tomb of the Eldritch Sun.
The pendant can be returned to Dilly Thornsbury. If the player has already completed the "Family Matters" quest from Act 6, Dyla is located north of the Corvan City Rift. If not, the pendant can be handed in after meeting her in Morndal Valley and completing her quests.
He has no name but appears to be a mother, possibly the mother of someone from the Uroboruuk family. If you know the identity of such a person, they may appreciate his return. The Sister's Gift is an Act 1 side quest offered by Sybil Hart when you enter the prison at Devil's Crossing.
You can also activate this quest before talking to Sybil by killing Milton Hart and picking up Hart's Amulet. Cybil Hart wants you to take care of her missing brother. She fears that he has become one of the undead and that his enchanted amulet might keep him undead.
Sybil wants her brother to rest in peace. Milton Hart is a hero creature located near the house just beyond the Whitemere Gap. Kill him and he will drop Hart's Amulet quest item. Now she fears it unnaturally supports her brother in death. As much as it hurts, Sybil wants her brother to be buried.
