Worst customer experience ever. We recommend that you do not use this business for your needs. The owner Anita was very rude when trying to book an appointment. Anita and her team are amazing. They are professional, courteous and wrap the most beautiful gifts. The kind of service that Anita and her team provide is on par with Nordstrom.

When I started Dallas Gift Wrap Creations, there was literally no such thing as work-life balance, but that has changed over the years as the company has grown.

As a founder, I have always worn all hats. Nor did she have any kind of plan for this type of business, such as high-end gift wrapping concierge services. If I thought of it, I had to figure out how to build it and implement it and execute the strategy.
Along with unique and creative gift wrapping designs for clients, they also had to come up with a business flow. How does it work? I became obsessed with improving the product and customer experience. I believe that to be very successful you have to be extremely committed to your vision and work towards it every day.
It can be ugly, and it can limit your bandwidth for other things and interests, but when you're trying to start something, there's not a lot of wiggle room. Timing is also important as you need to gain victory and momentum. Today, the company operates efficiently, with teams and processes capable of meeting the needs of its customers.
