Cream. I'm thinking hum??????? I found the app (yes, there is one for that)! Registered! (very easy)! We both always get our favorites ordered (even easier to make)! All in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!! HOW?? Because their app is sooooooooo FANTASTIC to use, easy to use and easy to navigate!
Everything you need/want is shown. I even used my Cold Stone gift card and it worked like a charm!! (How often do you hear that?) After adding a $4 tip, I had ZERO BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT. I absolutely could not believe that my gift card actually worked CORRECTLY on a website!

Our ice cream was ordered, I left the bill, paid in full with a gift card, all on an app I had never seen or used in my life. And to add even more accolades to Cold Stone, "technology" is NOT my thing!! But their ice cream for sure!!

I ordered online for collection and had to wait after the estimated collection time. I did not receive my order until 35 minutes after the estimated collection time. 5 people came in after me and they also had to wait for their orders online while every customer who came in was served as quickly as possible.
A member of staff filled in with the customers order and started preparing my online order only 25 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up. I wanted to get my money back but they already charged me online and I couldn't get the agent to help me so I waited patiently.

By the time they prepared my order they were wrong. Shouldn't I pre-order online? I just have to walk in and order because they completed at least 5 walk-in orders before they even started mine. I ordered a banana caramel crunch with cookie dough bites and got vanilla ice cream with 3 frozen banana nuggets, that's all.
No caramel no cookie dough, definitely not worth the money we spent. Also, it came in a smaller container than the one I originally ordered. I ordered a quarter size so I was very disappointed. I get that it can be busy but at least be polite about it and explain what will happen, no waiting forever and seeing 2 employees not even acknowledging that you are there for more than 30 minutes.

Thanks in advance! The app works well, but I feel they need more people behind the counter. The order was completed on time which has not yet been done but I can see why. I arrived to store and the place was packed with people and after waiting 10 minutes after the time I had to wait another 10-15 minutes.
