Because everything is "sale price," the inventory of given items has a quick turnaround time, and new items are added to the shelves, stacks, and racks every day. A number of higher value items are sold competitively through the store's silent auction. Unique to this location, Country Gift and Thrift hosts regular "quilt bees," where local Amish and Mennonite women regularly gather in the quilt room to quilt beautiful new quilts available for sale.
All profits go to international relief efforts through MCC and local support of Factory Ministries.
