With MyColdwater Rewards, you automatically earn 10% back on all eligible purchases from Coldwater Creek. You can shop online or by phone and automatically earn 10% back every time you buy from Coldwater Creek. Shop at Coldwater Creek as usual. We automatically add 10% of your minimum purchase to your savings.
Your purchase price is your final qualifying purchase total after applying any discounts or codes. Your minimum purchase does not include taxes, shipping, or any other additional charges on your purchase. Each month, you will receive a check showing the total amount approved in your savings.
Only items purchased from Coldwater Creek are eligible for the 10% refund. Gift card purchases, taxes, shipping and other charges are not included in your 10% back offer. Coldwater Creek products purchased on third-party sites are not eligible for the 10% refund. All purchases must be made directly from Coldwater Creek to be eligible for the 10% rebate.
Automatic 10% Back At Coldwater Creek
As a MyColdwater Rewards member, you can also earn 5% back on purchases from over 1,500 Marketplace stores, up to $1,000 back per 12-month membership. Automatically earn 5% back when you shop online through the MyColdwater Rewards portal. If you shop at Marketplace stores outside of the MyColdwater Rewards portal, whether online, in-store or by mail, your 5% back is not automatic.
However, you can still submit a rebate claim to get 5% back on these purchases. You can also earn 5% back in store, online (not through the MyColdwater Rewards portal), phone and mail order. Just shop at Marketplace retailers and submit a payment request to get 5% back.

You can submit your rebate claim online through your MyColdwater Rewards account, or by mailing proof of purchase. Please note that all payment requests must be submitted within 60 days of your purchase. Once we receive proof of purchase from you in the mail, we will review your claim.
Once your claim is accepted, we will add your refund to your savings. It may take up to 3 weeks after submission to appear in your account. Any proof of purchase at the post office must be mailed and stamped at the end of the month in order to receive a check for those purchases the following month.
Automatic 10% Back At Coldwater Creek
Checks are issued on the 15th of each month. See the "Save" section below for more information. To receive the 5% back, you must be a MyColdwater Rewards member at the time of purchase. Only purchases made at Marketplace retailers are eligible for the 5% rebate.
The 5% back applies to products only. Market prices are subject to change without notice. You can view the current list of suppliers by accessing the marketplace from your personal account. Just click "Buy" from the main menu, then click "Buy Market" from the drop-down menu.
Once your purchase ships, your earnings will appear on your Savings page within 5-7 days. Online purchases marked "rebate required" are not eligible for the automatic 5% rebate. Payment requests must be submitted via email or proof of purchase submitted by mail to receive 5% back on purchases from these sales.

How To Receive 10% Back
Additional restrictions may apply to each participating retailer. To see restrictions for a specific retailer, visit the online store and click to view the retailer's page. Any returned or canceled orders will not be eligible for the 5% refund. As a MyColdwater Rewards member, you'll earn 5% back on travel bookings when you book with eligible Marketplace merchants.
The 5% applies to the total cost of the reservation before taxes, fees and other additional charges. The 5% return on booked travel is payable after your travel has been completed and the non-commercial payment you booked together has been processed. Then deposit your earnings into your savings center and have it count towards your next paycheck.
To get 5% back on travel purchases, visit the Travel & Holidays section on the marketing page and click on any of the travel sellers listed. Then, click on the link to visit the seller's website and create your ad in a new tab that opens.
Simply provide your credit card purchase confirmation to earn 5% back on travel reservations made directly or outside of the program website through eligible Marketplace merchants. You can claim limited free shipping and refunds on items purchased from Coldwater Creek. You can also purchase standard shipping and return shipping on the Marketplace store, up to $500 each within a 12-month withdrawal period.
