I couldn't believe my gift card worked just fine on the website!! Our ice cream was ordered, I paid, and the gift card was paid in full on an app I have never seen or used in my life. And to add more tips to Cold Stone, "tech" is not my thing!!

reserved door scraping order”. When I told her I had already ordered and paid for it and it wasn't a door line, she dismissed me and told me to wait. I ordered online and had to wait the expected time. My order was not received 35 minutes after the estimated time.

5 people came in after me and had to wait for my online order while helping every round in customer as fast as possible. The staff walked in full of customer orders and didn't start preparing until 25 minutes after they were supposed to take my online order.
I asked for a refund, but they already charged me online and I couldn't get an employee to help me, so I waited patiently. They made a mistake when preparing my order. Can't I pre-order online? Do I just walk in and order as they finished at least 5 walkthroughs before my order started?
I ordered the Caramel Banana Cookies with Cookie Dough and got the vanilla ice cream with 3 pieces of frozen banana. No caramel, no cookie dough, definitely not worth the money I spent. Plus it came in a smaller container than the one I ordered.
I ordered a quart size and was very disappointed. I understand it can be busy, but at least be polite about it, explain that the wait won't take forever, and see that 2 employees don't even realize you've been standing there for over 30 minutes

Thanks in advance! The app works very well, but I think it needs more people behind the counter. I can understand why, even though the subscription hasn't expired. I reached the store and it was full of people and after waiting for 10 minutes I had to wait another 10-15 minutes.
It is not the fault of the staff because I could see that they were busy. But do not allow online ordering if there is no staff to complete the order on time. We are very sorry to hear about your experience at the store level.
