To check your card balance, visit arbys.com. ACCEPTANCE, USE OR ACCEPTANCE OF A CARD CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Touchless Mobile Payment
Expanding this button in the upper left corner of the screen reveals links related to the customer profile, Andy's social media platform, online clothing store, career page and features found on to the home screen button. Preload funds into Andy's mobile payment balance for contactless payment options.
Use the Manage Reload button to add funds to your mobile payment balance. You can make a one-time transaction or schedule an automatic top-up whenever your account balance is low. First, look at the back of the gift card. You will usually be given a toll-free number that you can call to check your balance.
Alternatively, you can check your balance by visiting your card issuer's website and entering your 16-digit card number and security code. Below is a list of Visa gift card issuers where you can check your balance online. Many Visa gift cards are activated after purchase and ready to use.

However, if activation is required, you will usually see a sticker with instructions and a toll-free phone number. Gift cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted, including supermarkets, gas stations, and even online. You can also buy up to the amount indicated on the card.
How To Activate Your Visa Gift Card
In stores, simply swipe or insert your Visa card to pay. For online payment, enter your 16-digit Visa gift card number, expiration date and CVV in the appropriate form fields. You should keep your Visa gift card, even if your balance is depleted. If you need to return an item, you must present your card.
When gifting a card, remember to give the recipient any materials you received with the card at the time of purchase. These materials must include the publisher's terms of use. If you are giving a gift to a child or teenager, review the materials together.
The issuer determines the maximum amount that can be held on a Visa gift card. A physical card is required even if you return a card purchase. Therefore, we recommend keeping the gift card for a period of time. Of course, you need a Visa gift card.
The merchant can process the return like any other Visa transaction and return the funds to the card. If the face of the gift card says it's valid only in the United States, the issuer is issuing the card for domestic use only. Gift cards are not accepted at locations outside the United States, but are welcome at the millions of locations in the United States that accept Visa debit cards.
