A Chick-fil-A™ eGift Card is an electronic or virtual gift card sent by email, unlike a Chick-fil-A™ Gift Card, which is a traditional physical (plastic or paper) gift card. Both cards can be downloaded to the Chick-fil-A® app for activation or used directly at any participating Chick-fil-A location.

To determine if your lost, stolen or unactivated Chick-fil-A™ Gift Card can be replaced, you will need a proof of sale and/or proof of activation (copies or pictures are accepted).

Download this printable form to redeem a Chick-fil-A gift card, then mail or email the completed form to the address on the form. We will review your request for eligibility and contact you if additional information is needed. Please allow 6-12 weeks for a response.
You can add money to an existing Chick-fil-A™ physical gift card purchased at a Chick-fil-A restaurant at any time by visiting that location. You can also purchase additional funds on your gift card directly from the Chick-fil-A app. eGifts and gift cards purchased from authorized third-party sellers cannot be reloaded.
