Why Was My Card ‘Rejected’ At A Participating Merchant?
Paddleheads Post charges an activation fee of $1 for each card at the time of purchase. There is a shipping/handling fee if you want to send the card. Unless prohibited by law, an inactivity fee of $2.50 will be deducted from your card balance beginning on the first day after one year of inactivity.
For cards sold in states other than New York, activity means any action that increases or decreases the balance on the card, other than a charge, or an error or previous transaction. For cards sold in New York, activities will include balance inquiries and customer service performed by you.

Otherwise, it will be paid when the card owner changes. Downtown Missoula gift cards are physical cards that work like debit/credit cards. Merchants must swipe the card through the point of sale system to process the payment. Gift cards can be mailed or picked up at one of our downtown locations.
Where Do I Pick Up The Gift Cards That I Purchased Online?
Your gift card is subject to terms and conditions. A copy of the Terms and Conditions can be obtained from a service representative or viewed online here. Please note that the terms include an account maintenance fee. Advantage of the card: the card does not run out of funds.
Unless prohibited by law, a monthly fee of $2.50 will be charged to the card balance beginning on the 1st day after 1 year of inactivity. Activity means an action that results in a change to the Card balance, other than a charge, or an adjustment due to an error or reversal of a previous transaction.
