fall when Zaxby's posted a small sign with a "download the app and win" sign. I love most of my other payment systems and use them regularly. So, I was excited to try this. I'm VERY disappointed: it really doesn't help. Over a 3 month period I made several purchases (even used the checkout and payment process) - and got ZERO rewards!

There is nothing. I have asked many employees if the app is still working or if they can help me knowing that there are never any rewards. Employees are clueless. They've shown it works for others... that's good. I emailed customer service (they said no rewards are offered - that sounds weird, but it's worth the rewards I got).
Today I received a message asking me to “ Zaxby's: Learn about rewards and special offers on the Zaxby app. Copy yours today." & email ad "App fans appreciate!/Get rewards & special offers"... I download the app I deleted before... and sure enough, it doesn't show the rewards. Good grief - Had to
if i knew better!!! i guess i'm an eternal optimist but i thought "oh well just because all these people had problems with phone ordering on the app doesn't mean i will" i was so wrong i placed an order through the app , I arrived at the restaurant, walked in and sat down. I watched a couple walk in, place their orders at the counter and get their food before they called my order. Annoyed, I went to the counter and asked about the status of my phone order
The cashier had no idea Zaxby's even had an app, let alone if the order was pending. She turned around and asked the kitchen manager(?). The manager kept asking if I had a "confirmation number", which I didn't. was displayed on the application screen. A member of the kitchen staff then went to the other side of the kitchen and found that my order had been displayed on a different kitchen screen for 11 minutes, unattended.

I finally got my food after all that. Terrible experience. I probably won't be using the app again for a long time, if at all. This is the worst food app I have ever seen! I have had nothing but problems with it every time I use it.
Yesterday I placed an online order and when I tried to pay it said to try again something went wrong and nothing went right the first time but it charged my card twice!! Now when I get to my local Zaxbys and tell them I'm here to pick up my order for Jamie, they say they can't take that name order.

So I had to pull over and show the manager where he said he was placed and where he took my money twice. She brings this printed sheet of what I ordered and says they canceled the order without telling me why and that my money will be refunded to my card.
I was looking for food when I thought I paid for it twice. So he offered to send it back to his system but I would have to stand in this long line and pay again. to tell the GM of this place about this terrible experience!

I want my money back on my card which took twice since this app for some reason decided to cancel my order!! I work for Zaxbys and tbh their online ordering was a joke and never fails to cause problems for customers and employees. I will never use this app again!
