To check the balance on a gift card or merchant credit card, you need the card number and PIN. Both numbers are on the back of your gift card or PowerUp Rewards™ card. For digital gift vouchers, you can find the card number and PIN in the e-mail that was delivered to you.
Enter your card number and PIN on the balance inquiry page to check your available balance. PowerUp Rewards™ cards, which include gift cards, digital gift certificates, store credit and store credit, can only be redeemed at GameStop.com and GameStop stores in the US. Your Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other GameStop Gift Cards or any other third-party currency sold by GameStop (PlayStation Network Cards or other merchants).
