My app was wrong for store A but I was close to store B, so I changed the store before ordering. No problem! I went through the entire ordering process until the checkout when I realized I forgot to add a drink.

So I select the menu and go back and add it. I left and went to store B and then noticed the app defaulted me back to store A when I added the drink! So I have to drive to keep A. Do you know how much gas costs?

Well, you can chalk it up to user error, but I think a user should be able to hope that the store they select when starting the order will continue all the way to payment for the order. I always order from Allister. I take food to clients several times a week.
I only order through the app because I really hate phone service, it's hard to get hold of a person and I had to listen to the automated message system a lot on my last order. Anyway, there are a lot of things I hate about the app.
Not everything is customizable. I ordered a lot of Reuben but I didn't like as much meat as they put on it so I wanted to ask for less meat so I didn't just throw it away and there was no way to do it.

You also can't customize certain vegetables which I like especially sauerkraut, there is no way to do that. But what pleases me the most about the app is when you create an order and you are sent to the payment section if you don't transfer your payment.
Very quickly it tells you that the delivery time is not available so you have to go back to the previous screen and change your delivery time to allow a few minutes to enter the credit card details which is completely stupid. Because then you have to go back and re-enter all the information.

Which I had to do three times because I didn't do it fast enough the second time again. I have been using this app successfully for several months now since the epidemic started. All of a sudden now, the app no longer shows me certain sandwiches when I try to order.
In particular, it won't let me order the Smokey Turkey Pepperjack or the Harvest Chicken Salad Sandwich, which we usually order first. Unfortunately, I can see these sandwiches as an option if I'm trying to order Pick Two but I can't for the life of me order a sandwich because the sandwich menu won't show them as an option!
Data Not Linked To You
I deleted the app and reinstalled it thinking it might help solve the problem, but no such luck. Those sandwiches are still missing! Maybe a few others too because it just seems like a few of them are missing. I just don't know which one is important.
Until this is fixed, this app and the associated game sites are useless to me. It's not because the restaurant wasn't out of these sandwiches because I was able to go to them and order them in person. But I don't get and earn reward points for it because I don't use the app.
Until these sandwich choices are returned to the app, I will never quit McAllister's again. We would like more information on this.
