Measure the length of the piston and add it to the length of the diameter. Record this measure. Using these two measurements as the length and width of the wrapping paper, mark and cut the paper to size.
Turn the plunger on its side and place it in the center of the paper, with the top and bottom of the plunger on the long sides of the paper. Fold one of the short ends of the wrapping paper about half an inch. Roll one end of the rolled paper with the roller to the folded edge.
