After 60 days, all purchases are settled. There are no returns for products received after 60 days from the date of shipment. For returns of items shipped directly from third-party brands, merchandise, and items purchased on websites such as Amazon and Walmart, please see the
relevant section below. Final purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. If you return a final purchase item, you will not receive a refund for that item or shipping and the item will be donated to a local charity at our Indianapolis distribution center. We apologize.
We know it's frustrating. When you ordered, the item was received. However, as the order was being processed, the stock was reduced and the item was out of stock at the time of shipment and there were no orders. Your invoice will show the date we expect to deliver your pending order.
You will not pay for reordered items until they are shipped. There are three main reasons why you may need to cancel your back order. PayPal Purchase Request. PayPal only allows us to ship within 29 days of the order being placed. We are happy to reorder items for you using other payment methods.

Credit Card Accepted We only pay the shipping cost of the item. You will be charged for reordered items that were not successfully shipped. We would be happy to reorder your item for you. Item Cancellation The item was not received in our warehouse as expected and all cancellations are pending.
If your item is out of order, we will send you an email or postcard and automatically extend your order by 30 days. If your item is not available five days before the new delivery date, we will send you an email/postcard asking for your permission to extend the order.
We need your approval before the new delivery date - otherwise we will have to cancel your order. In rare cases, your due date may need to be extended up to three times. We will send you an email/postcard requesting your consent to the extension.
If we do not receive your approval by the new date, your order will be canceled on the same day. Returns take approximately two weeks to process - including shipping time to our warehouse. Once we receive your return, we will try to process it within two business days.
