This agreement is between you, the cardholder, and, with respect to gift cards purchased in the United States, 256 Gift Card, Inc. (“US Card Company”), and for gift cards purchased in Canada, Wendy's Restaurants of Canada Inc. ("Canadian Card Company"). By purchasing, accepting or using your Wendy's Gift Card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not purchase, use or accept Wendy's Gift Cards. References to "our", "we", "us" or "card companies" mean the US card company and the Canadian card company together. A reference to "Wendy's" includes The Wendy's Company, Wendy's International, LLC, Wendy's Restaurants of Canada Inc., and all of their affiliates, subsidiaries or affiliates (other than the Card Companies).
