Where Can I Find The Waffle Nutrition Information?
Everything looks good, but since it's so long and everything is hot, I'm not sure if I feel comfortable eating or not. Hello Theresa, We understand that public concerns about our products may be getting hot. However, we took care to bake and package the items in such a way as to prevent harmful effects such as external heat!

Our products are pre-baked, flow-wrapped and wrapped in craft paper to protect against damage from external influences such as hot weather. They are designed to last 7 days in transit and despite being warm, as long as there are no visible signs of destruction or damage, they are completely safe.
Our products are shipped frozen during transit and remain fresh for 7 days after leaving our manufacturing facility. Since these items thaw in transit, there's a chance they'll arrive with heat, though that's not a concern as long as you bake or freeze them upon arrival!
Once you receive your package and if you are not going to eat it right away, be sure to put it in your fridge as it will be good for up to a year and a half! Let us know if you have any follow-up questions or concerns!
Are All Your Products Vegan?
Thanks again for the link! At first I said I was skeptical. I love liege waffles and I'm worried that these delivery waffles won't do them justice. I was wrong - these waffles were delicious! They come with three different types of sugar and two different types and we find it very difficult to use because the waffles themselves are so delicious, nothing else is needed!
Admittedly, the top is great and fun to experiment with. The waffles themselves are nicely sized and very filling. Definitely not recommended for any occasion as a gift or just to eat :) The family I sent the gift box to loved it. My only comment is that it was sent as a sympathy gift and I wish there was a category on the site where I sent this package to a friend for his birthday and to get a well.

They did, however, enjoy the waffles and toppings. I really enjoy the efficiency and appeal I get when I fill out a form without a valid address. Within hours of my email, I received a response and a solution. I will definitely send this product again.
I bought these for two as a Christmas present. The specially called waffles are unreliable. We bought it for a friend who texted us how delicious it was and even went out to buy ice cream. I'm not excited about the shipping labels on the box, but the customer service is very good and none reflect a great product.

For a complete guide to global warming, click here. Belgian waffles in Liège are delivered from the freezer during the trip. They will freeze and extend the shelf life of Pretzel products in your refrigerator for up to 6 months. Note: The product is not destroyed during transport.
Are The Products Gluten Free?
Our waffles are baked before shipping when frozen and thawed in transit. Once thawed, they stay fresh for up to 7 days before being refrigerated, then good for 12 months. If you have not received your package by the seventh day, please contact us and we will assist you further.
Most of our products are packaged and shipped Monday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days of order. All of our products are shipped via Priority Mail and it takes an additional 1 to 3 days to arrive after your order has been received by the courier company.
After your item has shipped, you will receive an email with order confirmation and details. Follow the information. Our products are shipped in bulk and shipped. Chances are, the delicious snack will melt and be ready to heat up and enjoy. If you don't plan to enjoy the snack right away, put your brandy cookies and soft waffles in the fridge to keep them fresh!
Please note that our fulfillment and delivery may vary by festival. We do not ship our products with dry ice or frozen packaging. Our soft pretzels and waffles are made to last up to 7 days before they need to be frozen. Due to the non-perishability of our waffles, we currently only ship our snacks to the US - including Alaska and Hawaii.
