Receive as many gift certificates as your organization plans to distribute over the next six months. When ordering from multiple schools or locations, please complete only one request form. / 50 VSP Eyes of Hope gift card is available. Please include the same mailing address for all gift cards, even if ordering multiple schools or locations.
This will greatly reduce the time it takes for your request to be processed and mailed to you. Certificates cannot be sent to home addresses. Use only valid US school addresses. (This is the phone number that certificate recipients can call with questions.) VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope® provides free access to eye care, glasses and disaster relief where it is most needed.
Although we believe that eye care is essential, 1.1 billion people worldwide live with vision impairment and do not receive the care they need. VSP Vision's Eyes of Hope addresses barriers of income, distance and disaster to ensure equitable access to eye care and glasses where it is needed most.

Many programs are available to help community members and eye care affected by disasters. VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope® gift certificates, sometimes called vouchers, allow adults and children in need to receive an eye exam and new glasses through a local VSP network doctor. Gift certificates include a comprehensive eye exam and a full set of glasses with single vision or coated multifocal lenses.

If you have a VSP Eyes of Hope gift card, find a local VSP network doctor who can schedule an appointment. Gift certificates are distributed through our national network of community partnerships. Students under 19: Contact the school nurse. School nurses and administrators can apply for a VSP Eyes of Hope (formerly Eyes of Hope) gift certificate through our educational partners, including the National School Nurses Association, California School Nurses Association, School Communities and the National Head Start Association.
Adults and children of any age: Contact one of our community partners. Contact members of Prevent Blindness, your local Lions club chapter, the National Association of Community Health Centers or UnidosUS and let them know you need vision care. VSP Eyes of Hope mobile clinics travel across the United States in partnership with local charities and VSP network doctors to provide free eye exams and glasses to people in need.
