They may think you paid more for the product. The owners seem to be male and female. They were very friendly and helpful when I was shopping there. They even gave me free gift packs! I ordered Lobjet lights from them and they didn't have what I was looking for so they special ordered 3 for me to choose from.
I was very pleased with the service, they called me a few days later and said they would pick up my candle. They gave me a great price and never pushed me to buy all 3 IVs, it was a special order at my request.
I will definitely return to them. They have amazing products and great prices. Some things are too expensive.. Owners are too rude.. Terrible customer service.. I will never give them business.. Just horrible people! Worst service to burn your money and get you better to spend it at the store.

I'm obsessed with Mackenzie's baby and when I went to Le Papillon the worker was very helpful, showing me the different types of the collection. Their prices were reasonable and check out was very easy. I definitely recommend checking out their store super friendly super fast and they have a great selection of all the pieces.
