We call these things "classified". Sometimes classified items are eventually revealed to be real in-game items. However, it's often just random data that makes it an API that's not meant to be seen. We include these items in the database only to provide a complete overview of what is in the API files.
You shouldn't take his presence as a guarantee of what's coming in future updates or try to analyze his presence too deeply. Doing so will cause disappointment. A: This thing can spill some weird stuff when it's dropped. For example, every time you get a better Devils from Shaxx, it has the potential to be a slightly different version than the others before it - maybe better, maybe worse.
Classified Item
A: The dashed boxes contain the perks that the Bungie API allows in each column when an item drops. A: Box benefits are fixed, "managed" roles by Bungie. Sometimes this fixed version of the thing completely cancels the functionality (see Nation of Beasts or Vouchsafe examples).

Sometimes those things are just for show, like when you're looking at something in your collection. Answer: If an item can randomly roll any of its fixed objects, it will also be classified as a random roll. Answer: The average human clock is a way to "fill in" what the best roll is for each weapon.
By tapping into Destiny's world population using the Bungie API, we can see what different perks players are choosing for each device. These statistics are presented as lists of population means. A: As part of this feature, we now track all active players using the Bungie API, not just those logged into light.gg.
The numbers shown here are based on all players who have signed up in the last 2 weeks. A: Yes and no. Every player must be seen by our scraper. The system calculates the statistics of items seen in the vault/inventory of players who have been granted access to "pending inventory".
Why Play This Event?
However, Bungie.net's default permissions only allow us to see the full details of the gear each player's characters are equipped with. A: Partially. Perhaps when a person has an equipped device, he likes it, which means that things equipped with it are perceived as better.
At the same time, a lot of people can destroy rolls that they think are bad, so even if we could see the whole list, we might not catch many rolls. Overall, the phenomenon of (mostly) only being able to see equipped bundles will reduce the total number of bundles on unknown devices, but benefits on visible devices.

it would probably tend to become more popular, or people wouldn't keep the roll, let alone equip it. Answer: Each percentage column relates to the most popular perk in that column. The most popular perk will fill its own bar and each perk below it will show how popular it is compared to the most popular.
So if 22% of rolls use the most popular perk in a column and 11% of rolls use the least popular perk, the bar on the most unknown perk should look like it's half full. The purpose of this presentation is to better differentiate between the options.
Why Play This Event?
A: Usage statistics are based on moving, fictitious equipment only. Answer: Grades range from F to S+ depending on how "far" your list is from the public average. The roll with the least popular perk in each column should be rated F- and the roll with the most popular perk in each column should be rated S+.
A: The best way anyone can contribute to making this tool more accurate/perfect is to update the privacy settings on Bungie.net so the API tools can see your backlog. The more people allow full access to their inventory, the more tools we'll be able to discover and the more comprehensive the statistics that come from it.
A: Bungie has announced that starting in Season 12, weapons will have a limited amount of power you can put into them. We call this process "sunset". ANSWER: Season 12 will start a great sunset where all* legendary weapons and armor from seasons 1-8 will be downloaded.

After that, weapons and armor will expire a year after they are issued. A: Yes. Bungie has said that exotics will not go into the sunset. Additionally, weapons from the Last Wish and Garden of Salvation raids will play by different rules than normal weapons and gear, though Bungie isn't entirely clear on what those rules will be.
How To Get Every Dawning Ingredient
A: Not really. This change is only relevant for missions where power is important, such as Raids, Nightfalls, Trials, etc. In most open world missions and standard Crucible gameplay, you will be able to use whatever armor/gear you want. Additionally, Bungie has stated that they intend to "re-release" certain weapons/weapons in the future, giving them another 12 months in the sun.
You can read the explanation directly from Bungie here. ANSWER: These are tools designed by top theorists in the community to be things to look for in every device. ANSWER: Each tool has its own recommendations unless an advantage is preferred for another tool. A: The colors indicate what type of activity it is recommended for: Blue = PVE, Red = PVP, Gold = Never A: Perk suggestions come from u/pandapaxxy among other great theorists represented by the DIM Wishlist team.
Thanks to @48klocs for compiling all the different tips in one easy-to-analyze place. Check out his github project here for all the source files that use these tips. A: Most legendary weapons can be tactical. The masterwork system is a way to upgrade your favorite instruments to their maximum potential.
Answer: Upgrading your weapons in the broadest sense requires a small amount of flashes, legendary shards, and most importantly core upgrades. Depending on what level your device is, the requirements to upgrade it to the next level further increase the device to perfection (Level 10).
