Hazardous materials include: aerosols, certain alcohol-based materials, pressurized materials, etc. (eg, hair, nails, and materials containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals). The US Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires only ground shipments of hazardous materials due to restrictions on air shipments.
Therefore, these items cannot be sent to all addresses. All shipments containing hazardous materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited or Premium. All products containing hazardous materials may be shipped to addresses within the United States and may not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited And Premium
Scroll through the home page for the latest products, fashion items and more. At the bottom of the app screen, select "Store" to search by category, brand, and more. If you're on ulta.com, you'll see a menu on the top left as indicated by three horizontal lines that bring you to the same options.
You can also search by item name, keyword, SKU, brand, etc. at the top of the screen. Once you find something you like, be sure to choose the shade/color/size (if possible) as well as the size. You can do this by clicking the number "1" next to "Add to Bag" in the mobile app.
If you're at ulta.com, you can change your size once it's added to the bag by clicking "+" for more or "-" for less. Once you're ready, click "Add to Bag" and the item will be placed in your bag as indicated by the bag icon at the top right of your screen.
To pay, click on the top right button. If you want to be sent, select "Send." If you want to pick up your order in-store or on-site, select "Pick Up" on the mobile app or "Pick Up In Store" if on ulta.com. Same day delivery can be selected for store use when you are at ulta.com using the "Store Check" feature.
