This gives you different gift options for the community. For example, you can give gifts to various select members of the Twitch community, from one to 100.
Alternatively, you can select Gift to a specific viewer at the bottom to give a gift to a specific person. The process is relatively similar on mobile devices; However, you must already be subscribed to the selected channel. What Will It Cost You To Gift Subs On Twitch?

How Do You Gift Subs On Twitch?
As you have seen in the previous screenshots, the default gift option is social gift. Depending on how many gifts you want to make, click on the appropriate gift box. For example, if you want to give away 20 subscriptions, click the price box next to "Gift 20 Subscriptions".
You will see options for 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 subscribers. If you want to give away a different number of signatures than the default, you can enter an amount in the Custom Amount field. Twitch will calculate the appropriate price and give you a box to click to proceed with payment to complete the purchase process.
