Also, it's not an SSL encrypted link that starts with https://.
Although not a trademark of scam links, legitimate websites use SSL encrypted links (using https instead of http). Toyota was founded on August 28, 1937. They celebrated their 80th anniversary in 2017 and will turn 85 in 2022. Why would they give a car to celebrate their 80th birthday? Think about it. You are a business, not a charity! They might give you a special discount or sell a Toyota with a special license plate, but they won't give anyone a free car.
Surprisingly, when they celebrated their 80th anniversary in 2017, they did not give away a single car. Clicking on the link will take you to a page where you can get a free gift from Toyota and a chance to win a Toyota Corolla. This page is full of grammatical errors - it does not exist on the real Toyota website.
Furthermore, "Do you know Toyota?" Answering simple questions such as why Toyota should give you a Corolla. Seriously... And below are the comments from people who claimed to have won the Toyota Corolla. Do you really think Toyota is giving away that many cars? Try clicking on their name, nothing happens.
Why Toyota 80Th Anniversary Celebration Contest Is A Scam!
And when I click "Like" nothing happens. Where do likes come from? They are all FALSE MIND. If you check the code, you can see that both the description and the image were added manually. You can compete as many times as you like and you will ALWAYS win the car.
Why? Because in the next step you will share it with 5 groups or 20 friends on WhatsApp! No matter how many times you enter, you ALWAYS win a free Toyota Corolla. Do you think that's the case in real competition? This is a scam.
