I don't know Kobe, Gigi Bryant or the other seven who lost their lives. I did not see the brave women and our heroes who gave their lives yesterday. But what I felt was a sense of loss. Husbands, parents, children, friends, sisters and brothers have lost their loved ones in this life.
The space is wide and deep. This is a new awakening for me. As I put my girls to bed last night, I looked deeply at them and realized I needed to be more. They and my wife are my light. They are my inspiration and I am grateful to be a #GirlDad.
I am sharing this with you because I finally realized… today is a real gift. What / who am I every day? I can do more. I can improve them and the people around me. Need a place to start...I went back through the notes I took after seeing Dr. Kevin Elko recently.
