1. From the order screen, scroll to the right of your menu to find and select the Gift Card button. Then select Balance Request. 2. You have the option to enter the guest's gift card number or scan their unique QR code. You can also select the Search option to search for the guest's name, email or phone number and any associated Gift Cards they have.

Select Done to see your results. 3. The results of the Balance Inquiry will appear with the card's dollar balance. 1. To add value to an existing gift card from the order screen, select the Gift Card button, then select Add Value ($). 2. Enter the amount the customer wants to add to their gift card and select Next.

3. Find a guest's gift card account by entering their card number, scanning their unique QR code (eGift Card) or swiping their gift card. 4. Value added will then appear on the order screen and ready for payment.
