We value each family member's care and concern for their loved one and have created guidelines to provide some structure to both patients and their families to maximize the benefits of the visit and aid in the patient's recovery and well-being.
Some departments and areas may have special visiting hours or restrictions; ask a member of the nursing team for details. Limit two visitors at a time. For patient safety, please do not attend if you have a fever, upper respiratory symptoms, or an unexplained rash.
Patient visitors in the ICU/CVICU are limited to two people at a time. Overnight guests are allowed but limited to one person. Nursing staff can limit visits to match patient needs or unit activities and wait for visitors in the ICU waiting room. In this case, we ask for your cooperation and understanding.

Overnight stay at Reba's Ranch House is on an individual basis as space is limited and available by referral only. Ask a member of the nursing team for referral information. The TMC campus has ample patient parking. Visitor parking is located near the hospital's main entrance.
The main entrance is open from 5:30 am. to 8 p.m. Daily. After 8:00 p.m., guests must enter through the "Ambulance" entrance on the south side of the hospital. TMC Café on the first floor of the hospital offers food, snacks and beverages throughout the day.

There are two vending machines on the first floor of the main campus. One is in the TMC Emergency Department near the vending machines, the other is across the conference center and west of the cafe near the public restroom. The TMC Gift Shop, located on the first floor near the North Entrance, is open: Monday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Thursday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
