Our party filled seats everywhere. Food service was at a time when we were going there. 12 p.m.-3 p.m. Upon entering, the owner was just standing there...said absolutely nothing.

The New Leaf Tea Room & Gift Shoppe
I said hello and commented...what a nice smell. He asked me to take a seat! I arrive at 11:55, so who are you rushing? Another 40 people had not yet arrived. She never smiled and neither did her staff members. I felt like we were encroaching on their territory the whole time.
She treated every table with the same horror. No style or friendly personality. They put teas on every table and never checked on them or refreshed them or asked if there was anything to do. The tea was cold within an hour! I replaced the toilet paper myself while he told another guest where to find it!!!
I have never heard these words: please, thank you, welcome, our pleasure, that I, etc. There is no greeting for any of the 50 guests to leave!!!!! I bought $47 worth of merchandise. I ditched the plastic bag for "green" reasons. After that, when we were back in our seats with our luggage, he rudely said to my 22 year old daughter, "Did you pay for this?!!!".
The Whimsical Tea Room In New Jersey That’s Like Something From A Storybook
A guest added an extra chair to a table, telling him he had to move. The guest declined accordingly as he was staying with out-of-town family members. The owner then went to my sister (paying for the party) and yelled at her that the guest was not listening to her.

Most of us feel more like a prison than a tea room all the time. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Also I called yesterday to make a reservation, left a message with the required information and incorrectly assumed we were scheduled. We arrived, gave our name but they never checked the messages.
So after over an hour of driving, we were never served. Their sign read...reservations suggested, but walk-ins are welcome. Don't believe it. We didn't have any. It smells delicious but we won't be back. Also I've been here 3 times with Red Hat Ladies and enjoyed it every time.
The interior of the tea house is elegantly Victorian. The food is delicious. He loves China. They have a shelf, in the gift shop area, with hats that you can wear...borrow for your visit, if you want to borrow one and haven't worn it yet.
And beautiful finds in the gift shop. I highly recommend this place... more New Leaf Tea Room & Gift Shop A good friend hosted a tea party in Riverton, NJ, there were 31 friends, the place was bright and beautiful tables, fancy hats The scones are freshly made and served with
cream and custard. My table group has a nice selection of burley earl gray and cream teas, the second choice was so delicious it didn't need sugar or cream. The mini desserts and finger sandwiches were delicious. Later I shopped in the gift shop and found two mini notebooks and a classic Rooibos tea.

The owner came to each table group to make sure everything was ok. We were able to take pictures, it was a nice night. Also the bathroom was very clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels. My sisters and I had tea here on Saturday.
They offer two different options, the only difference is that the more expensive one gives you soup or salad. We all choose the more expensive option. I have the soup, everyone has a salad. Our server...Ashley, was very nice and told us about all the extra rice they offered that wasn't on the menu.
We were very tight on the outside table, and one of us had to deal with the fall, which was weird. The soup came and it was not good, too watery and the salad was very small, not worth the extra money. Next came the whole lunch, including dessert, we each got our own tiered tray that took up all the space on the table.
We started moving things. Sandwiches were ok, basic tea. The quiche was not homemade, it was the dumplings you get in the store. Dessert consisted of tarts, some fruit, and the best blueberry scones I've ever had. Overall it was ok but I don't think it was worth the price we paid.
The employees were very nice and the gift shop is great. Most beautiful tea rooms. Good selection of delicious food and excellent tea. I love wandering through the gift shop. The owner/manager needs to up their game in terms of providing better and friendly customer service.

She is not very beautiful. His general attitude seems erratic. Very different. Tea room and gift shop. Comfortable, cozy and comfortable. Good atmosphere and good service. Excellent tea and sandwiches. Decorations and other unique elements add to the atmosphere. Parking is available and everything is centrally located.
A good option for the shower. Today four generations enjoyed tea to celebrate Mum's 93rd birthday. The place is amazing from the moment you open the door to the gift shop with all kinds of beautiful jewelry, toys, serving pieces, teapots, decor and more. The tables are covered in lace... crochet tablecloths like my grandmother had.
The tea cups and saucers were delicate and so feminine and beautiful. They received us very cordially. Our grandparents kept hot chocolate in their cups topped with whipped cream and small candies. We each had our own pot of tea and each ordered different flavors so we could taste them.
The consensus was that the Southern Pecan was the winner. We were each given a portion of tea sandwiches, desserts, scones and an assortment of fresh fruit. We also chose a delicious salad as a first course for the adults. The scones were the best I have ever eaten and there were lovely bowls of cream and jam.
The youth enjoyed modeling many hats. It was an event we will all remember for years to come. We can make this an annual event in hopes that GG lives on for at least another decade. There aren't many places that serve high tea anymore, and certainly none as good as Fleiss.
