The Gift Of Self Love
You eat because you understand that you need nourishment. Sadly, most of us try to overcome external problems like finding love, finding success, or finding happiness, but we don't understand that self-love is the root from which everything grows. How can we effectively love another person until we learn to love ourselves unconditionally?
When you love yourself conditionally, you can't love someone else unconditionally, because why give someone something you don't have? Our understanding of self-love is learned in childhood by those who cared for us. In most cases it is learned unconsciously; we only glimpsed those who fed us.
Self-love is more than wearing nice clothes, putting on expensive makeup, and then claiming to love yourself. Self-love is an umbrella term for various acts of love that we perform towards ourselves physically and non-physically. I know many well-groomed people who have no idea what it means to love themselves.
You Cannot Love Someone Else Until You Learn To Love Yourself.
Loving yourself is not an act of selfishness, it is an act of kindness to others, because when you love yourself, others don't have to deal with your unresolved issues. If one is missing, then you don't quite have self-love. To achieve this, we should be consistent with these four aspects.

The path to achieving self-love is nothing but confronting your demons. That's why most of us miss it because no one wants to sit down and talk to themselves. Self-love is hard to achieve because it means letting go of certain things and people we depend on.
Our addiction to people and habits that contradict the premise of self-love means we compromise and therefore love ourselves conditionally in exchange for the immediate rush we get from these distractions. Self-awareness is being aware of your thought processes: your thoughts, how they affect your emotions, and how your emotions cause you to act.
Are you aware of thoughts that make you angry and make you act impulsively? Where do they come from and why are they there? Why do they make you act the way you do? The same goes for what makes you happy. Why does it make you happy?

It is stepping outside yourself to explore yourself. Self-awareness is the key to emotional intelligence. What upsets you may not stop upsetting you, but you will know how to respond effectively, or how not to respond at all. People with high emotional intelligence have feelings just like us.
But they step out of their emotions to process them effectively. This includes moving away from or avoiding situations that you know will trigger certain unwanted feelings and reactions. If you can't distance yourself from or avoid the situation, self-awareness allows you to redirect the energy you put into those feelings.

One way to improve your self-awareness is to keep a journal of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Because of the constant negative programming we face in society, we focus on bad and unpleasant things and so often project this negativity onto ourselves without even realizing it.
You were born with an endless sea of potential; You have it now and you will have it until the day you die. Just as we cannot create or destroy energy, we can only explore or hide potential. Self-esteem is the belief we have about ourselves, and we often have trouble believing in ourselves.

This is because of previous unfortunate circumstances that we have gone through that we have not completely gotten rid of. Self-esteem lies in everything good about you. Everyone has something good in them. If you're struggling to find your self-worth, take a day to pick out the things you've done right or the things others have appreciated about you.
You can be pushed around because you don't know your worth. There is never a day when you are not worthy. Self-esteem is not determined by anything; you don't have to do anything to make it worth it. You just are. Know it and understand it.
Your strengths, talents, and acts of kindness toward other people are just expressions of your own worth. Self-esteem is the result of self-esteem. A high sense of self-worth leads to high self-esteem. Self-esteem is the realization that we are valuable regardless of what we have achieved or what qualities we may have;

self-esteem is more connected to our qualities and achievements. The exercise mentioned above appeals more to self-esteem, but I used it for self-esteem because we work better with things we can see than with things we can't see. When you develop a sense of self-worth, self-worth will come more naturally.

Self-esteem looks at three factors – how we were loved as children, the achievements of people in our age group, and how well we achieved in relation to our childcare providers. Self-esteem has everything to do with being happy and content with who you are, where you are, and what you have.
If you want self-esteem, increase your self-esteem. Remind yourself every day that you don't need to justify your existence. Your need to achieve certain things is often because of your need to justify your existence. This aspect has more to do with the physical, but is not entirely physical.
Self-care is all the activities we do to stay healthy, such as showering, eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and doing the things we love. Self-care can also take the form of watching what you eat, such as the music you listen to, the things you see, and the people you spend time with.
Compared to other aspects of self-love, self-care is easier. It's best to start here on your journey to discovering self-love. Ask yourself this question as often as you can: "What would someone who likes themselves do?" Ask yourself this question when you have to decide whether it is trivial or important.
