The video has been viewed more than 1.7 million times on TikTok, where it has received 140,000 likes and more than 11,000 comments, many of them negative, since it was posted on Sunday.

No matter what we tried - splitting the tickets into smaller groups, using different credit cards, using several different phones - it wouldn't let us buy tickets. We couldn't get the tickets we wanted. When we got home later in the day, we were able to purchase less than desirable tickets on our laptop.
We are bringing 6 guests who have never been to the show before and we wanted them to have the best experience. Unfortunately, it won't be as big as we hoped. I will not use this garbage app again. I set my alarm to wake me up at 12:00 on a weekday only to not be able to order my tickets.
