Hello! We are Michelle and Chantelle, the mother-daughter team behind La Flor Farm.
The idea of La Flor Farm grew slowly. For many years Michelle delivered flowers from her garden for weddings, tea parties, birthdays and baby showers. Chantella's yard was full of Hydrangeas and Dahlias, she was looking for a place to expand her garden. Every spring and summer Dahlias, Peonies, Hydrangeas, new flower seeds were collected and grown to share with family and friends.

It was terrifying to dream that we could turn our love for all things floral into a dream come true. In the late summer of 2021, we visited a local Dahlia farm, took a million pictures, and slowly, all the way home, talked about what we loved and what we could do if it was my farm
us. Mikel had just ordered a "farm size" order of Roses, Chantelle's list of Dahlias was insane. It was time. Time to take a leap of faith. Time to put it down to our baby business. Time to place all orders and connect. Along the journey, so many special people have been willing to share part of their garden to grow our garden.
