We look forward to helping you connect with your friend or loved one. The coffee shop is located on the first floor next to the main entrance, opposite the elevator. This coffee shop proudly serves Starbucks brewed coffee, espresso, snacks and frappuccinos. You will also find a variety of teas, pastries and snacks.
The coffee shop accepts cash and payroll deduction; Credit and Debit Card facility coming soon. St. Mary's Gift Shop Gifts for patients and loved ones including flowers, balloons, cards, clothing, bags, jewelry, toiletries, snacks and beverages. Flowers can be delivered to the hospital at no extra charge.

The store is located on the 1st floor next to the atrium lobby and is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Monday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and holidays. Interfaith memorial services are held twice a year, in May and November. In this service, the names of all patients who have died in the hospital in the last six months are read out.
SSM Health's Hail Mary Baby and Pregnancy Loss Festival is held every year in April and October. This service exists to memorialize babies who have died due to miscarriage and/or ectopic pregnancy. This special service will take place in the Healing Garden at St Mary's Hospital (weather permitting).

If you would like to contact a chaplain outside the hospital, please call 608-251-6100. The gift shop offers gift boxes, personal care products, fresh flower arrangements, Wisconsin Badgers children's clothing, a variety of inspirational gifts, books, magazines and more. For your convenience, the Gift Shop offers free same-day delivery to patient rooms.
The required visit time is determined based on the patient's preference and condition. Attendance is open to all, regardless of age and affiliation. If patients wish to shorten their visit or those who visit them, they can discuss this with their nurse. All visitors are asked to respect patients' privacy and rest needs.
People suffering from colds or infectious diseases are asked not to visit. Children are allowed to visit, but must always be accompanied by an adult. Before bringing food or drink gifts, check with the ward nurse that they are compatible with your treatment plan. The break basket is open daily from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Hot food served: Brooks Street Bistro serves sandwiches, soups, salads, premium coffee and pastries. For our patients, we provide meals in the "meal for you" room service. Patients can call and order food from their room anytime between 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Food is freshly prepared and served within 45 minutes.
