Shipping used to be fast, but still fast, most processing can take a long time. I haven't contacted customer service or returned anything, so I can't say much about it. however, all my purchases have been fine. nice and fluid. when you search for content related to what you are watching (the little carousel) the app can get a little buggy and laggy. I like that most of the content has free and large sample data, which is very promising. It's very nice that it follows the same structure and theme of their website. I always wonder when SSENSE will have its own mobile app instead of searching online. One complaint I have about the app is the user interface.
Having 3 products in each row reduces the products to a small size that may confuse customers with some items. I believe that the 2 products displayed in each row will emphasize the details of the products and make customers more aware .But apart from this great app!

I've been using ssense for a few years now and since late last year I've seen a lot of people complaining about shipping delays and issues with returns. At first I was lucky enough to have my 3 orders over the holidays within a month.
But it was a nightmare when I started coming back. It takes a long time to get a refund from them. I called them and did several online chats and e-mails after they closed the center and still have not resolved the issue in 3 months.

After I returned the item to them, they started rejecting my return with many different excuses. And later they said that the items were damaged and they wanted to refuse the return. As they posted the photo, it clearly shows the tag attached to the product, all the original packaging of the handbag is intact.
I didn't even take it out of its original box as I started before the item arrived. The customer service is horrible and they have no respect for their VIP customers. I will never buy from ssense again and don't be fooled by the promotion!!
