To send this gift card to another recipient, you can print the email or send it to the recipient's email address. Available in many denominations - give a small amount or pay for the entire piece! Gift card emails contain a code that can be applied at the end of the checkout process.
Customers outside the US: To purchase a gift card, select "United States" from the country menu in the lower left corner of the website. The buyer must do the same to apply the gift card to their order. Whether it's a person, a heart, or just a scribble - we can protect it! Each necklace comes in a high-quality custom slide case and petri dish with an original printed design for side-by-side comparison! No problem! We created our "Personalized Necklace Gift Set" just for you!
The buyer will receive a beautiful acrylic box with design suppliers and details on how to order the prepaid necklace. Each order is highly customized and takes 2-3 weeks to 3D design, 3D print, metal cast and polish. Once your jewelry is manufactured and packaged, a shipping confirmation is sent via email that includes your order tracking number.
Please note that the production cycle begins after the drawing is received and approved. Fun fact - To this day, we haven't had a child's drawing that we couldn't turn into jewelry! We produce the highest quality jewelry and differentiate ourselves in every product we design and sell. To date, none of our customers have returned their necklaces! Due to the customization of each piece, all orders are final sale and can only be canceled or changed within 48 hours of purchase.
However, if you're not happy with how your piece turned out, feel free to mend or repair it to your liking. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any remakes due to wrongly chosen material, chosen design or dissatisfaction with the similarity of the jewelery to the chosen design.
We also offer a one-year warranty on any repairs due to wear and tear. To return an item, please contact our team at hello@sproutdesignlab.com. You must provide details of your order, a description of any problems and the reason for the return. All returns must be received within 14 days of return authorization.
