When it comes down to it, Breathless Wines is a family affair, built on the love and passion for life passed down to them by their mother, three sisters, Sharon, Rebecca and Cynthia. The sisters, along with Breathless Winemaker Penny Gadd-Coster, are dedicated to making sparkling wine using the traditional method, creating sparkling sparkling wines that pair perfectly with life's special moments.
Breathtaking sparkling wines are handcrafted from selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes using the French method, méthode champenoise, led by winemaking expert Penny Gadd-Coster. Recently named "Winemaker of the Year" by the North Bay Business Journal, Penny is a renowned winemaker with 35 years of experience in the sparkling wine industry.
The path to happiness and a sense of well-being lies in the simple act of enjoying small things like a child's laughter; the smile of a loved one; a slow-burning fire; or warm, fresh-from-the-oven bread. Or enjoying a glass of bubbly with an old friend.

The woman on our label is a tribute to our mother Martha and all the men and women who teach us and remind us to take every breath we are given as a gift to be cherished. We use only the best Guittard chocolate and the purest ingredients selected in our recipes: sweet cream butter, pure cane sugar, rich dark vanilla and fresh nuts.

Our products are made in small batches to ensure that each piece is unique. it remains constant and delicious from the first contact with the palate to the last delicious bite. Our toffee pieces are cut or broken and dipped one by one in warm Guittard chocolate by hand.
Also, each of our recipes has its own special hand-made call. Estero Gold is handcrafted in the Asiago style, reminiscent of Montasio, two of the country's Swiss and Italian dairy cheeses. Our new cheese, aged for about 6 months, is very soft, grassy, with a low fruitiness.
As it continues to grow, the flavor decreases, becoming more complex and nutty. It has an open structure with small holes and a straw-like color. Its mild, creamy and buttery taste pairs perfectly with other dishes. Its refined rustic taste can be paired with any wine.

It also melts perfectly into pasta and polenta, or try it chopped into a salad. Valley Ford Cheese & Creamery is located in rural Sonoma County, California. The company produces handcrafted Italian cheeses made from 100% Jersey cow's milk. The cows have access to pasture 365 days a year, they are not treated with growth hormones or antibiotics, and the land is certified organic.
The cheeses are sold in grocery stores, restaurants, wineries, online, farmers markets, special events and at their new retail and dining location in Valley Ford. Over the past 12 years, the company has expanded its presence throughout the Bay Area and is now located in Southern California and spread throughout the Midwest and East Coast.

Karen Bianchi-Moreda and her son Joe Moreda Jr. are 4th and 5th generations involved in the dairy industry. Karen grew up on her family's dairy farm and in 2008 began researching ways to carve out a niche for herself in the business. Renowned winemaker Pete Segezio has drawn on another long-standing family tradition, learning from Italian masters and sourcing the best ingredients from local farms to create the most unforgettable tasting experience in wine country.
Combining traditions passed down from his family, skills learned from the greats of Italy, and seasonal ingredients harvested from local farms, Pete and the Journeyman Meat Company team strive to create an excellent product in one of the richest culinary regions of the world: Sonoma County.

If your cookies are baking unevenly, it's probably because your oven is getting uneven heat. Rotating the sheet pan while baking is a quick way to solve this common problem. A good rule of thumb is to turn halfway through the baking time. This should help fix the problem!
