We will begin setting up your party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive during that time. If you arrive earlier, your room or table may not be ready because other parties take place before yours. Glow parties are held on select nights and times.

Check your park for specific details. The lights are off and the lasers, disco, lights and black lights are on. Children attending the party are given a glow stick or glow necklace, and parents are encouraged to bring more glow items to decorate the table.

At a paid birthday party, feel free to bring a single serving of cupcakes or cookies, candles, gifts, and your birthday child! All other items can be purchased through the park. If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours notice, you waive the right to the deposit but no longer owe for the canceled event. If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours notice, as long as you schedule the event within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event.

Yes, anyone jumping counts as 10. This includes the kid at the birthday party and any parents who can jump. We do not charge for parents, grandparents or friends to stay and watch. You can book a party anytime on our website and customize your party to meet your needs and budget.

In accordance with local and state regulations, Urban Air may limit park capacity; Check with your local park for any restrictions regarding spectators. Additional Participant refers to any person who accesses any of the attractions. Anyone attending the party can watch for free but may not be able to access any of the attractions.
