Seven Baby Gift Card - Home goods retailer Bed Bath & Beyond has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and is preparing to close its remaining stores, the company announced Sunday, after months of speculation that the struggling chain would make a financial move. In a statement, Bed Bath & Beyond said it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New Jersey and began "a limited process to sell and market some or all of its assets."

DiPietro thought the purple card with the avocado on the front sent an important message. "It said, 'I'm going to be a grandma and why didn't you tell me in advance why I had to find out from this card in the mail?'" He thought as he read it. The card was signed by Jenny.

He went so far as to post cards on social media to warn others. He discovered that he wasn't the only one who had received this mysterious letter. Another woman in her town chimed in saying they had received the same card. As for DiPietro's future as a grandmother, she said she was relieved to learn that wasn't true.
