It will be several months or years for many of these shops to be able to reopen their brick and mortar shops to tourists.

We were asked how we can support these small family businesses to help them on their way to recovery. So I decided to compile this list of Sanibel Island shops and businesses that have online websites that are currently open for shopping. Also included are reputable places that have also donated to hurricane relief efforts.

In response to the hearts of so many people who saw Sanibel changed because of Hurricane Ian, the Tower Gallery created a Sanibel Lighthouse image giveaway. Six of the Tower's artists focused on the Sanibel Lighthouse and created images that honor the history and role of this iconic structure.
Support Sanibel Hurricane Relief Efforts

Floral Artistry Studios was the only florist in Sanibel, with a fully booked wedding season that practically disappeared overnight. Many of the employees' houses were severely damaged as well.
