Regions Hospital Gift Shop
Telephone operators are available 24/7 to provide patient information, including room and phone numbers. Administrators can be reached by calling 901.545.7100. Operators receive, transfer and track calls to the desired destination in the hospital. To make a local call from the patient's room, dial "9" followed by the number.
Callers can dial directly to the room using the phone number provided. Upon arrival at the hospital, Guest Services representatives will be available to assist you at the Information Desk in the Main Entrance Lobby and in the Root Building Entrance Lobby (Women's and Neonatal Services).
Representatives can assist with your needs, such as providing patient information, giving directions, or locating a wheelchair. Additional guest services representatives are available to assist you in the Outpatient Center and Critical Care Waiting Room. For the safety and comfort of our patients, visitors must obtain a Visitor Pass at information desks located throughout campus, including the main entrance and lobby of the ROOT Women's Center.

Visiting hours are open in most areas of the hospital. Our Intensive Care Units (ICU): Please check the individual unit where your loved one resides to confirm. The hospital offers a full-service cafeteria, a vending area and a Starbucks located on the first floor of the Jefferson Building.
The cafeteria is open for breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch; and 2:30 - 7 p.m. for lunch The Johnson Auxiliary Gift Shop is located across from the cafeteria on the first floor of the Jefferson Building and offers a wide variety of flowers, candy, balloons, specialty home decor items, children's clothing and more.
The gift shop is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To contact the gift shop, call 901.545.7072. Chaplains in our Spiritual Care Department provide support to patients and family members during a health care crisis. Spiritual care staff represent diverse religious traditions and respect the personal beliefs of patients and their families.

Founded and operated by Rochester General Hospital Association volunteers, the Twig Gift Shop has served visitors, patients, families and staff at Rochester General Hospital since 1947. Our proceeds benefit patient care at Rochester General Hospital and have funded projects and purchases including the Twigg Birthing Center, Twigg Auditorium, patient and staff library, equipment for the Isabella Graham Hart School of Nursing, and a new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

We offer free delivery to areas such as Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare and Capital View Transitional Care Center. Order online or call us at 651-254-3325 during business hours. Place your order by 1:30 p.m. For same day delivery. All other orders will be delivered the next working day.
You will find us on the second floor, south side. We are across from the Overlook Cafe and Deli. We welcome volunteers to help staff with cash registers, storage and display management. Shifts are available seven days a week. Grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat in one of our cafes.
