Partial redemption is not allowed and after redemption the amounts are linked to one account (no transfer or withdrawal). You can check your gift card balance online at http://rec.net/giftcards/balance. for all other gift card purchases, visit https://recroom.zendesk.com. The funds on the gift card do not expire. There are no fees. However, in certain states, after a certain period of time, we may transfer the cash associated with unused gift card balances to certain states under their abandoned property laws.
