In the latest update, we added Challenges for you to have more ways to win with RaceTrac. I can't believe you can't get your act together. I like to use gift cards to pay for my purchases so I don't have to carry a wallet.
When you first talked about this, it worked, I could use and reload my gift cards saved in the app and it was great but it was short lived, very frustrating. Maybe you should contact Wawa and see what they do to make their app run smoothly.
When they updated the app by giving you the option to make purchases with your gift card and added a rewards program that didn't require the use of a gift card, it worked fine. Again maybe you should get us some advice from them. I love going to the racecourse but I'm starting to think I won't visit you anymore Well… Now I understand why this app is getting so many bad reviews.

I can't login, despite trying many times, uninstalling and reinstalling the tge app, contacting support informed me that they can't do anything on their part (REAL) ?!?) so they want to delete the original account. and I can start over. um… no. (Adds sarcastic smile) I tried and used my other email to be able to sign in with Apple.
No return. It takes the info and just scrolls and exits, leaving me on the same screen to hit the "apply" button or whatever to do the same thing over and over again... just like before. There is no way, including support. I receive helpful emails that I may also spam.

I still have my Sheetz card from when I live in Pittsburgh and my app will still work like my 11+ year old card. I have had no problems with Speedway, their apps or cards. I don't have a RaceTrac card and I certainly can't use the app... and it looks like the "guest" support people can't either.
It's a real shame negative star can not be given. ***Update*** I took the opportunity and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it... ..it worked again. Changed from 1 star review to 4 star. Still the best app for gas stations. /////. I am writing this review to ask developers for feedback on a known issue of the app not working.

I believe it has been like that for at least a week since the last update. I get a lot of feedback on developer reviews and wonder why there is no information for us to hope the app has been fixed. As a valued consumer who has been using this app since its launch I have seen issues but they were fixed quickly but this one is insane.
My app opens and just plays like it loads forever. Never full load. Make it useless. Please correct or reply. Otherwise, my 1-star rating will stay and you will lose a loyal customer. The developer, RaceTrac Petroleum, states that the application's privacy protections may include the processing of data as described below.
