If the payer can't verify your loyalty card or gift card: If you delete the Google Pay app, your gift cards and loyalty programs are still stored in your Google Account . To redeem your gift card and loyalty program: Your gift card and loyalty program will appear again in the app.
If you delete an email containing a loyalty card, the pass will be removed from Google Pay. If you delete a Gmail message, it will stay in your trash for 30 days. After that, the email is permanently deleted. If you still have an email, you can add an additional card using the Google Pay app.
