I am very disappointed that I can't find the meat for sale in the brochure. There were several times when they gave me some sub-zero products as well. Those seem to be the most consistent problems. I appreciate that I have the option to refuse exchanges and that if I order a day early, I can add to the order until midnight.
I also like that I can use paper coupons, and I appreciate that QFC uses PAPER bags, not plastic. For these reasons I prefer QFC's service over Safeway. We have an extremely fragile person in our household, so this service is NOT just a matter of convenience for us, but a necessity.

I think the problems I mentioned above could be corrected. I hope that will happen. I'm in the store with my fiancee; the last stop of our duties. She wants to make a delicious Moroccan thing for dinner that has pine nuts. Excellent! Uh oh, I can't find the pine nuts... Don't worry, we have a few other things to do first.
Ok done. Now we need the nuts. Where. Oh no, the stress builds up. Where are they?? Wait, I know! I use the QFC app which tells you where things are! Find him. Open it up. The box says "This version is out of date, please update" and won't let me continue.

First of all, HOW. What's so different is that what I used last week no longer works at all... Ugh. The stress continues to rise... Ok. Either way, I actually have a decent signal and unlimited data. Updating in the App Store... It's taking an annoyingly long time... Ok, I finally open my new and improved app, and... Now the GIANT BLUE BUTTON says "version not current, update now" and won't let me continue.
I JUST UPDATED! AND ALL I got was a decision button telling me to "UPDATE NOW"! I CAN'T UPDATE ANYMORE! AND THE LAST UPDATE! And where are the %*@$& pine nuts! Oh. My fiancé found them. They were with the other lunatics. That makes sense.

BUT ARE YOU ALWAYS GOING TO USE THIS APP? DEFINITELY NOT! At least not until they get another update... This app used to be great. When ordering groceries for delivery, my customer could text me if they can't find an item on my list and we can find a replacement on the fly.
Now it seems that the app no longer supports notifications. After my last two orders arrived, I noticed messages from my customers in the app that I never received notifications for. It's also super frustrating that clicking on email links won't open the app. I also never seem to be able to find my last order in the app to check if I got everything on my list.
The only thing this app seems to be good at is actually creating my order. Everything after that is just broken. The same applies to the QFC website. I can't even track or rate my order or send feedback without getting an error page. I tried all browsers, even IE.
