Are Your Products Perishable?
I gave these to my husband for his birthday and he loves soft pretzels. He said they were amazing, very good and he likes the chili lime salt on them. They were nice and warm and super soft when they came out of the oven.
Now she wants to try the waffles and can't talk about the ones I've ordered before. A good variety. I prefer the mustard combo, but the different salts were good. It was supposed to be delivered to him on Friday. Instead it was delivered 4 days after the promised date.

Please note that our soft pretzels are delivered frozen and are intended to thaw during transport. So don't worry if your pretzels arrive thawed. They are priority shipped and are designed to arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility, but will stay fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be refrozen.
How Long Do They Last In The Freezer? How About The Refrigerator?
Do not worry. Our soft pretzels are made with natural preservatives to ensure their freshness. But the important thing is that you open the box when it arrives and either enjoy the pretzels right away or freeze them right away to preserve freshness. They don't stay fresh in the box, on the counter or in the fridge.
They need to be REFROZEN again. Please note that our soft pretzels and Belgian waffles from Liège are delivered frozen and are meant to be thawed during transport. So don't worry if they are melted. They are priority shipped and should arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility, but will stay fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be refrozen.
