Portia Gift Guide
Here are everyone's favorite items from My Time at Portia: We'll update this post with more details as new information becomes available. Each character has unique gifting preferences that alter their reaction, measured in relationship points, to receiving a specific item.
When a gift reacts in a non-neutral manner, the gift is recorded in the character's preferences. This allows the player to easily track which gift he liked or disliked. Below are unique gift preferences for all characters, as of PC version 2.0.137882. Gifts are special items that can be crafted at the crafting table or found in the world and given as gifts to NPCs.
To give an NPC a gift, interact with it and select the gift icon. Your inventory will appear on the screen. Not all items can be gifted; those that can be given will appear in your inventory on this screen. Each character has preferences, so pay attention to how each NPC responds to the gifts you give them.

Your reaction to a gift is measured in relationship points. The following values reflect the number of points you'll typically receive for giving a loved, liked, hated, hated, or neutral gift: Most giftable items are neutral unless otherwise noted. Generally, you get +1 RP for giving neutral gifts.

Giving gifts to your fellow Portians is a great way to improve your relationship status with them. Becoming friends with neighboring NPCs has many benefits, such as receiving gifts in the mail and on your birthday, and discounts! Since each character has their preferences, you may be wondering where to start.

One way to determine what the NPCs like and dislike is to bring them to the Round Table and ask them what their favorite foods are. You can use this option twice and they will usually have a different comment each time. Another playdate option is to take them to the wishing tree.
Universal Neutrals
Sometimes there will be an option available to ask them what kind of gifts they like. Another clue is his profession. For example, Gust is an architect, so he loves receiving old books on architecture. However, sometimes this can be unpredictable. For example, Alice has a flower shop.
She likes (she doesn't love) potted flowers, cultivated soil, and fertilizers, but she is neutral about picking flowers. What the NPCs see in the museum is also an indicator of what they like. If you're this far into the game, you'll sometimes notice that it says in the corner that an NPC saw a relic.

For example, if Alice goes to the museum, you will earn relationship points when she sees the strange glass jar. Give her a rare glass jar and she will be very happy. NPCs can also request relic pieces on the museum's request board. It also suggests which relics the NPCs love most of the time.
Once Portians reach partner level with you they will start getting weekly wishes, however 2 random NPCs will have a wish that week. Weekly wishes are a wish for one of the items they love (usually, but sometimes it's just one item they like), but you have a week to complete it.

Gust often wishes for an umbrella, thus revealing that this is one of his favorite gifts. Sometimes the clues are hidden in plain sight. They can be in text form during an NPC conversation or they can be on a table as in Percy's case.
He has a model airplane on his desk, which suggests that one of his favorite gifts is the heirloom model airplane. Roses are universal love at My Time at Portia. This is an exception for animal NPCs (including Papa Bear, Abu). When in doubt, give them a rose.
Alice only sells 3 a day, however if you don't mind using the duplication glitch, she checks out How to Make Money in Portia. The characters are arranged alphabetically in this Gift Guide. Each section breaks down the character and lists the clues used to determine the best gifts for each NPC.

The gifts on the bulleted list are ordered from most favorite to least favorite, but all items are LOVED. I didn't mention the items that are only tanned. I've only listed the weekly wishes for items Portians love, not items you like. Aadit works for Dawa at the tree farm.

Not much is known about him, except that he is not a native of Portia. Unfortunately, due to some in-game events, I no longer have access to Aadit. Therefore, I cannot determine the accuracy of the Wiki for the gifts of it. (Some Reddit users have said that the number of relationship points is different for console users.)
His preferences for his food at the Round Table are not useful clues about the gifts he likes. However, his 2 weekly wishes, the succulent plant and the talisman are at the point of +10 relationship points. He loves to see the Ax Soldier, Sword Soldier and Performance Center model in the museum and occasionally requests pieces of these relics.
Using these clues listed in the My Time at Portia Gift Guide, the gifts she loves are: Papa Bear is the only bear that walks on two legs and is the father of Oaks. Since he is both a bear and an animal, there are 2 things you can give him that he will love: Ack is a robot that you find in the middle of the game.
Since he is a robot, he loves to get parts to keep him going like: Albert is a womanizer who makes sure his appearance is perfect. If you take him to the Round Table, he will tell you that he likes spicy food. Also, he likes to see Old Talker, Fish Sub, and Soldier with a Specter in the museum and also requests pieces of the galloping horse relic as well as the aforementioned relics.
