Pittman and Davis canceled on me. They have had to refund several orders and have banned future orders because they don't like my review. They refuse to publish my bad review. In the last year and a half I have ordered about 10 times. All for grapefruit, except for one order of pears.
The bulb was terrible. Grapefruits are usually decent, but I had two bad orders. When they arrived, half were completely moldy or almost moldy. The rest was out of shape and hard. You cut into them and they are completely dry and have no liquid at all.
I had about 40 of them. I have never done anything that would endanger my family's health. Then I placed another order and they emailed me saying they have canceled my order but for no reason. But it's still their guarantee. I threw them all away.

There is no way I can get my family to eat grapefruit that has been in a moldy, airtight box for over a week. So I will do everything I can to let people know how shallow and fraudulent this company is. They guaranteed a refund if the order didn't go well.

We were unable to deliver due to state, California, Louisiana and Texas Department of Agriculture restrictions. thank you. Very poor quality of fruits and products. Website and catalog images are misleading and fraudulent. Fruits and products are not fresh! Citrus products are covered all over with green mold, a highly toxic and highly disease-causing pathogen. I gave this company three chances after they sent replacement fruit and it was the same, still covered in green mold and rotten.
Be aware that it is very difficult. The Company does not send confirmation emails for refunds/requests or requests for club/cancellation notices. I spoke directly to the customer service team and they said they do not send refund confirmations to customers via email. asked her. No matter what industry you work in, there is no excuse for rejecting confirmation emails to your customers.
