Pittman & Davis Gift List - Pittman and Davis canceled me. They banned me from future orders because they had to return some orders and they didn't like my reviews. They refuse to publish my bad reviews. I have ordered from them about 10 times in the last year and a half.

All but one row of pears were for grapefruit. The bulbs were terrible. Generally, grapefruit is decent, but I've had 2 bad orders. In the end they waited a whole month and sent it to me because they wanted them to ripen. When they arrived, half of them were completely moldy or almost moldy.
The rest were wrong and difficult. You cut them and they are completely dry, no liquid at all. I was so mad because I waited so long for these, I thought they would be perfect because I had to wait so long. Eventually I threw each one away.
I had about 40 of them. I dare not risk my family's health. Then I placed another order and they emailed me saying they canceled my order but no reason. The reason is that I don't want to refund my money if it's bad, but that's their guarantee.

I threw them all away. My family can't let me eat a mold-infested grapefruit in an airtight box for more than a week. So when I place another order they penalize me. So I will do my best to let people know how shallow and fraudulent this company is.

But when I tried to order the ruby red grapefruit with free cuties or oranges, I think the rep couldn't process the order until the oranges were removed.

I live in California but your representative can find no reason for this denial...very poor service without knowing what your organization does!!! Our latest promotion for ruby red grapefruit with free honey bells cannot be shipped to Arizona, California, Louisiana or Texas due to Department of Agriculture restrictions in each of these states.

January 2023 I received a fruit and candy gift box. Three pears & one orange were thrown out due to rot & the apples tasted doughy. None of the products are organic or of high quality. He gave the most. Not a good impression. Please accept our sincere apologies for the condition in which your gift was received.

Compare Fruit Basket Companies
Fruits and produce are not fresh!! Citrus produce is covered in green mold, a pathogen that is highly toxic and can make you very sick. Especially if you inhale it let alone eat it. I gave this company 3 chances after they sent replacement fruit and it stayed the same, still green mold and rotten.
Be aware that dealing with customer service is very difficult. The Company does not send confirmation emails for refunds/requests or club/cancellation notifications. I spoke directly to the customer service team and they said they do not email customers with refund confirmations. I asked her why, because we weren't.
When working in any industry, it is inevitable that a customer will be denied refund confirmation via email. They send order confirmation to charge your credit card and take your money but never refund your money. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this business at all.
