Capital Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in Peloton's Terms of Service. Membership. By purchasing a subscription, you gain full access to all available Peloton classes, content and features on the Peloton bike to which the subscription is linked (or your iOS account for Peloton app users) for as long as the subscription is active.
The account holder of the Subscription shall be the person who activated the Subscription ("Subscription Holder"). As a subscription holder, you may have one or more Peloton subscriptions. Member coverage. With a subscription, other users in your household will have the same access to Peloton's content as the subscription holder.

The Subscription Holder shall be responsible for all activities during the Subscription. Billing period. All Peloton memberships renew monthly until terminated in accordance with the terms below. The price available with your subscription is valid until the end of the commitment period, when your subscriptions will automatically continue from month to month for your subscription level. After the end of your prepaid period, your subscription will automatically renew for your month-to-month subscription level at the non-existing promotional price. Prepaid periods may differ from commitment periods. Other offers. Peloton may offer additional promotions or discounts in connection with membership from time to time.
Please read the details of that offer carefully, as any additional terms presented to you during the registration process will become part of these terms of purchase and subscription. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all discount offers that require payment are non-refundable and any free months offered are in addition to the commitment period.

All free trials or other promotions must be used within the specified period of the trial or promotion. Peloton Bike+
Automatic renewal for subscription services. Unless you opt out of automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current non-promotional price month-to-month after a prepaid period and commitment period. To change or cancel your subscription, go to your account settings at https://www.onepeloton.com/settings or contact Member Support by clicking here.
If you cancel your subscription after your prepaid period or commitment period, you may use your subscription until the end of the then-current period and your subscription will not renew after the end of the then-current period. However, you will not be entitled to a pro rata refund of any part of the subscription fees paid for the then current membership period.
For more information on canceling your subscription, please read the section below. Termination of subscription. Except as described in the next paragraph, you may cancel your subscription after the end of your commitment period. You agree that if you cancel your plan before the end of the commitment period, you will pay an early termination fee, which will immediately include the remaining balance of the commitment period.
The prepaid amount for the prepaid period will not be refunded except as described in the next paragraph. End of repayment period. If you cancel and return your Peloton bike in accordance with our refund policy, the relevant subscription fee will be refunded to you in full.
