By purchasing a Peloton membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which supplement and form part of the Peloton Terms of Service. Peloton Tread
If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your account will be converted to a paid subscription and will be charged in accordance with these Terms of Purchase and Subscription. Auto-renewal for subscription services. Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current non-promotional rate after the Prepaid Period and Commitment Period unless you decline auto-renew.
To change or cancel your membership, visit your Account Settings at https://www.onepeloton.com/settings or contact Member Support by clicking here. If you cancel your subscription after your prepaid period or commitment period, you will be able to use your subscription until the end of that period and your subscription will not renew after the end of that period.
However, you may not receive an advance refund of any portion of the membership fee paid for the then current membership term. If you cancel and return your Peloton bike in accordance with our return policy, you will receive a full refund of any membership fees. Peloton may immediately terminate or terminate your Account and any portion of your Subscription if: (a) you are more than 15 days past due;
b) you provide false or incorrect information; (c) you violate these Terms of Purchase and Subscription, the Terms of Service, or other applicable Peloton terms or agreements; d) You engage in activity that violates applicable laws or regulations (including, without limitation, copyright and intellectual property laws);
or (e) you engage in behavior that is threatening, abusive, or harassing to Peloton employees, agents, or other Peloton users, such as causing bodily harm or property damage. If we cancel or terminate your subscription, your license to use any software or content associated with the subscription will also be terminated or suspended (as applicable).
If your membership is terminated, Peloton reserves the right to immediately delete all data, files and other information stored in your account without notice to you. All fees must be paid by the date of cancellation. If you wish to continue your membership following any suspension, the service fee may be reinstated.
