From here, you can hike to Balik Gunong, where you can watch flying foxes, visit waterfalls and hike through the jungle.
Flying To Sabang
Apart from some simple beach huts, Gapang Beach also has more luxurious bungalows with air conditioning and hot showers, and if you want to splurge you can even choose to stay at a resort. Located on the east coast of Palau Veh, this pristine tropical beach is just a 15-minute drive from Baluhan Harbour.
The environment is calm and peaceful and Samor Tiga Beach is the best place to watch the mesmerizing sunrise in the morning hours. The choice of accommodation on Palau Vea is large. Most accommodations cater to backpackers. Hotels range from simple beach huts to mid-range bungalows and small resorts.
No matter what you choose, you can mostly guarantee a beautiful view. If you're on a budget, it's easy to find something to suit your needs when you arrive, as most lodges aren't advertised online. For a mid-range stay, I would recommend the eco-friendly Treetop Guesthouse.
