Every time I go they are prompt and respectful. The food is very hot and fresh! Unfortunately, I can't find my food like this anywhere else.
This is my favorite place when I'm in Marlton. The icing on the cake is the way they give you a box and a bag to take your food home when you finish eating. They also say goodbye to you and use your name when you say goodbye.
I can't find service like this anywhere else. Things went down post-Covid but this is one of the rare places that still has excellent work ethic and respect. I realize that team questioning works very well and quickly together. I was sitting in an extremely clean place that was quiet and comfortable.

I will continue to give this PDQ my business! Someone named Chris was the best employee/manager at the PdQ store in Cary. I accidentally placed an order with the app that ended up in the FL store. Chris was kind enough to walk me through getting a refund for the wrong order AND put me together with another order for free!!!
You Customize A Gift
Kind, excellent, amazing, beyond customer service are a few words I can use to describe this place and the guy with today's experience. Today I order curbside and I see that my order has been completed but no one brought out the food. I called and they said it will be out soon.
When the wait staff brought the food, I explained that I should have received an email to report my arrival and that the login button on the app is for when you stand in line to pick up your order. What's going on? Why is this SOOO confusing and why didn't the app ask me to check my email to report the arrival?
Also, it would be good to explain the difference between curbside and pickup because it is not obvious. The app shouldn't be that difficult to use. Please make everything available in the app and fix it ASAP. I hate to say this, but you might want to get some ideas from the chick-fil-a app.
