It took me less than 5 seconds to find the card on Google... you can't use the card if you don't have a cruise to book , but yes I later showed the same site to my wife.
But some people read the back of their shampoo bottle and know the "rinse and repeat" ☺️ I should add that this is not a new concept for gift cards. Yes, it is unfortunately true that many gift cards lose value over time. Unfortunately, many buyers are not aware of this fact.

However, I think the situation is completely different when the card cannot be used. It's a shame that NCL can't or won't do anything. (By the way, I was on the same cruise as OP, which was great on a ship that was only 38% capacity.) The NCL gift card is a big rip off in my opinion.
